Windrose Consulting Group has acquired Zenith Access Network, a leading market access consultancy specializing in Greater China and emerging Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets.

The acquisition strengthens Windrose’s global market access capabilities and deepens its presence across some of the world’s most complex and rapidly evolving healthcare systems.
Founded in 2016, Zenith Access Network has supported more than 180 engagements with life science companies, providing strategic insight across pricing, reimbursement, and patient access. The firm has built a strong reputation for its deep understanding of regional market dynamics and its extensive network of stakeholders across public and private payers, health technology assessment (HTA) bodies, clinical key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, procurement leaders, regulators, and patient advocacy groups.
As part of the acquisition, Shuang Wen, Founding Director of Zenith Access Network, joins Windrose Consulting Group as Head of APAC. In her role, she will lead the firm’s APAC market access strategy and continue to support clients navigating markets including Greater China, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore.
