Windrose Consulting Group is delighted to welcome four new colleagues to our UK office: Shuang Wen, Devaki Jayal, Ahmed El Shafey, and Anoud Naeem.

Shuang Wen joins Windrose as Head of APAC. An experienced life sciences consultant, Shuang joins us from Zenith Access Network, where she was Founding Director and led more than 180 engagements with life science companies over the course of a 10-year period. She brings deep expertise in market access and strategy, alongside an extensive multi-stakeholder network spanning public and private payers, HTA bodies, clinical KOLs, hospital administrators, procurement leaders, regulators, and patient advocacy groups across Greater China, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore.

Devaki Jayal joins Windrose as an Analyst, having recently graduated from UCL with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences with First Class Honours. During her studies, Devaki completed multiple internships in France, India and the UK. She also worked as a Trainee Consultant at The Health Sciences Academy, developing a strong foundation in health and life sciences consulting.

Ahmed El Shafey also joins as an Analyst, having completed an MSc in Management at Imperial College Business School, following a Master of Pharmacy degree from King’s College London. Ahmed gained valuable experience through internships and a Research Assistant role within the pharmaceutical sector during his studies.

Anoud Naeem joins Windrose as an Analyst, having recently completed her MBiochem (Integrated Master’s) in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry at the University of Oxford. Her master’s research focused on novel therapeutic areas within Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia, a rare disease. Alongside her academic achievements, Anoud gained hands-on experience through internships at consultancies, pharmaceutical companies, and more recently within public health.

We are thrilled to welcome Shuang, Devaki, Ahmed, and Anoud to Windrose and look forward to the expertise and fresh perspectives they will bring to the firm.
