Windrose Consulting Group welcomes newest team members - September 2026
Windrose Consulting Group is pleased to welcome all our nine new starters to the US office. They bring a fantastic range of academic, healthcare and commercial experience to the firm.
Mitan Desai joins us as an Analyst, having recently finished a Masters of Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout his studies, he has held numerous research positions. We’re excited to see him apply his analytical skills and scientific perspective to support our clients across the healthcare industry.
Sharla Kirkpatrick joins us as an Analyst, having recently completed her Masters of Public Health at Brown University. Throughout Sharla’s academic career, she was active with research positions and an internship at Takeda. She brings valuable quantitative and healthcare focused expertise to Windrose.
Ajay Kumar joins Windrose as an analyst, having recently completed a Masters of Health Administration at Cornell University. Ajay has past work experience in cancer research, global health technologies and healthcare finance. We are looking forward to Ajay bringing his experience to drive innovation at the intersection of healthcare and life sciences.
Lauren Walsh joins the team as an Analyst, having recently graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science, with a minor in Business. To support her strong academic background Lauren held many oncology-focused research positions and clinical work, throughout her time at Cornell.
Annabelle Raz joins us as an Analyst following her studies at Cornell University, with a degree in Communication and a minor in Global Health. Her experience includes health behaviours research and a strong interest in the intersection of healthcare, research and communication.
Sadie Mecham joins Windrose as an Analyst following completion of her Master of Health Administration at Cornell University. Her healthcare experience, including work in emergency medical services, gives her a valuable perspective as she begins her consulting career with Windrose.
Simon Lian joins us as an Analyst, following his studies at Cornell University, having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health. He has held several internships in Public Health and finance. We’re delighted to welcome Simon and look forward to the perspective he will bring to our work with clients.
Daniella Uvaldo joins Windrose following her studies at Columbia University, where she gained a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. Daniella brings an impressive scientific background, including research in biomaterials for immunomodulation, experience at Gilead Sciences, and work on innovative biomedical engineering projects.
Erin Campbell joins Windrose as our Office Administrator, with a wealth of Office Management experience. Erin holds a Bachelors of Accounting and Business Management from Widener University, and we look forward to the perspective and enthusiasm she will bring to our growing team.
