New team members in the UK
Windrose Consulting Group welcomes newest team members to the London office - September 2026
We’re delighted to welcome three new colleagues to Windrose Consulting Group’s London office: Tricia Teo, Natalia Swiatek and Liam Hoogstad. All three bring exceptional academic backgrounds and we’re excited to see the perspectives they will bring to our team and clients.
Tricia Teo joins Windrose as an Analyst; and we’re particularly pleased to welcome her back! Tricia first joined Windrose as a Summer Intern in 2025 and has now returned to the team after graduating from UCL with First Class Honours in Biomedical Sciences: Cells and Molecules. Alongside her studies, Tricia gained experience through a number of internships, and we’re happy that she has chosen to transition to the next stage of her career with Windrose.
Natalia Swiatek joins Windrose as a Senior Analyst, having recently completed her PhD at Imperial College London. Her doctoral research focused on developing a novel candidate for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer, spanning compound synthesis through to the assessment of biological activity and clinical potential. Natalia also holds a first-class master’s degree with distinction in Chemistry, Biological and Medicinal Chemistry from the University of York.
Liam Hoogstad joins Windrose as an Analyst, following the completion of his MSc in Risk Management and Financial Engineering at Imperial College London. During his time at Imperial, Liam also gained significant leadership experience, including serving as Chair of the Student-Staff Committee. Prior to this, Liam graduated with First Class Honours from Trinity College Dublin, receiving the College Gold Medal for exceptional academic merit. His achievements also include leading multiple award-winning software engineering projects, placing second in one of Europe’s largest student science competitions, and finishing as runner-up in an EY research competition.
We’re thrilled to have Tricia, Natalia and Liam joining Windrose Consulting Group and look forward to seeing the contributions they make.
