Windrose Consulting Group welcomes newest team members - September 2025

Windrose Consulting Group is delighted to welcome the newest members of our US, Swiss, and UK offices. Each brings outstanding academic achievements and diverse experiences, that will strengthen our team and support the work we do with our clients.

Philadelphia, US

Paula Loudermilk - Analyst

Paula joins us after graduating from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Society, where she focused on the intersection of biology, healthcare, and social, ethical, and political issues. She also brings professional experience in health benefit strategies, working with healthcare administrators and personal injury lawyers.

Hiba Jamil – Analyst

Hiba Jamil holds a Bachelor of Health and Societies with a concentration in Global Health from the University of Pennsylvania. During her undergraduate education, she gained extensive experience across the healthcare sector, encompassing research, clinical, and consulting roles.

Athena Borca - Analyst

Athena joins us with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University, alongside research experience in the David Erickson Lab. Throughout her studies, she also contributed significantly to the Cornell University Emergency Medical Service, managing operations for a 60-member team.

Ari Burstein - Analyst

Ari recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE). A Dean’s List scholar, Ari has completed several internships, including nearly four years with Accessible Pharmacy Services, where he supported marketing and communications for communities with vision, hearing, and other disabilities.

Declan Sheeran - Analyst

Declan holds a Master’s in Commerce, Biotechnology from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, as well as a Bachelor’s in Health Science from Gettysburg College. He also brings hands-on clinical experience from his time as a Medical Assistant across several health clinics.

Luzern, Switzerland

Letizia Giovagnoli – Analyst

Letizia most recently worked as a Research Associate at a Zürich-based biotech company, where she focused on the development of novel antibody therapies for neurodegenerative diseases.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Trieste. During her studies, she gained significant research experience through internships in Switzerland, including her master’s thesis project at ETH Zürich, where she explored the role of noradrenergic circuits in anxiety and stress.

London, UK

Max Peacock – Analyst

Max recently completed an MSc in International Health Policy at LSE, specializing in health economics, pharmaceutical markets, and the political economy of healthcare systems.

Karan Gupta – Analyst

Karan holds a Master’s in Science from UCL and has completed a range of internships across India, Dubai, and the UK, bringing international experience and perspective to the team.

Ushaan Turel – Analyst

A familiar face at Windrose, Ushaan rejoins us after interning in summer 2024. He recently graduated from Imperial College London with First Class Honours in Medical Biosciences, where he was also recognized on the Dean’s List.

Hanson Ng – Senior Analyst

Hanson holds a DPhil (PhD) in Cardiovascular Science from the University of Oxford, funded by the British Heart Foundation. With over six years of research experience; including molecular imaging, surgical techniques, and physiology studies; he has also led multiple projects in cardiac microvascular dysfunction. Throughout his time at the University of Oxford, Hanson was in several Project Leader roles.
