Sara Al Zubeidi is a Senior Engagement Manager at Windrose Consulting Group, bringing over ten years of experience in Life Sciences, holding leadership roles in global pricing and market access.

Sara has dedicated her career to partnering with major global pharmaceutical companies and leading international teams to support asset commercialization. Her expertise includes pricing and access strategy, payer and KOL value communication, and commercial opportunity assessments. She has delivered engagements across markets worldwide, with particular focus on cell and gene therapy, oncology, and cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic diseases.

Prior to joining Windrose, Sara served as a Principal at Clarivate (formerly Decision Resources Group), where she was part of the Global Pricing and Market Access consulting leadership team.

Sara holds an MSc in Pharmacogenetics and Stratified Medicine from University College London (UCL) and a BSc in Medical Genetics from Queen Mary University of London.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, hiking in nature, and Wakeboarding.
