Alessandro is a Principal at Windrose Consulting Group. He has over twenty years of experience advising global pharmaceutical and biotech companies on strategy, pricing, market access, and portfolio optimization across a wide range of therapeutic areas and geographies.
He has led a broad spectrum of engagements, including long-term portfolio strategy development, pricing strategy, value optimization, competitive landscape assessments, biosimilar portfolio strategy, pharmaceutical and biotech M&A, and health equity and access initiatives across multiple geographies.
Prior to joining Windrose, Alessandro held senior leadership roles at ZS Associates, IQVIA Global Consulting Group, and several boutique strategy consultancies specialized in life sciences and market access.
He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School, and has published extensively in international scientific journals.
Alessandro is based in Switzerland. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain sports, spending time with his family, reading, and has a long-standing passion for movies.
